Natalia Tarasova holds a degree in Linguistics and Foreign Language Teaching from the Syktyvkar State University, Russia. She started her career as a resource manager and then moved to a position of a Resource Management Director at Janus Worldwide. Over the years, she has gained invaluable experience in this industry and keeps on improving her skills (strategies and co-operation developement with external suppliers, Production and other Company units).
Ivana Kocova holds a degree in Translation and English Language from the Masaryk University in the city of Brno, the Czech Republic. She started her career as an IT, technical and marketing translator, editor and proofreader before gradually moving to the field of Resource Management where she currently operates as Supplier Quality Manager. The perspective gained when working as a freelancer and part of an LSP helps her when developing a strategy on how to attract qualified resources and boost cooperation between Resource Management, Production and Sales.
