Turning complaints into success – how to continuously improve your business

Joking apart, how do you cope with complaints and transform them into useful information and turn them into a chance to improve your vendor management in particular and your business in general? In our presentation, we will show you how we cope with complaints and integrate them in our continuous improvement process (CPI) which is based on ISO 9001, ISO 17100, and the entrepreneurial operating system (EOS) which we introduced 2018. This package now lets us manage complaints not as isolated single issues but strategically and sustainably.
